The Network Human Capital Operations Team provides support to the Network PwC Technology and Network Information Security Teams to drive efficiency, consistency and transformation within the Human Capital Function. The team also delivers technical enhancements in the delivery of key initiatives across the broader Network Human Capital teams supporting other Network functions.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in human resources operations with increasing levels of responsibility and proven results of continuously learning and enhancing understanding of current business issues to deliver results develop process improvement strategies, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, including in the following areas:
- Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks;
- Communicating difficult messages in a clear and concise manner;
- Developing an awareness of firm services;
- Providing strategic and innovative solutions by leveraging research and analytical skills;
- Managing tasks and workload;
- Collaborating with various teams to mitigate risk and identify process improvements;
- Liaising with and leveraging, where appropriate, external vendors to obtain information;
- Assisting in the development of guidance and protocols in managing immigration risks;
- Taking ownership of assigned tasks to support daily operations;
- Utilizing business focused writing, speaking and presenting to communicate and negotiate across all levels of staff and management;
- Conducting research, compiling data and performing analysis; proposing changes in course, as necessary, based on research and monthly results analysis;
- Managing multiple priorities simultaneously through utilizing project management, critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Working and collaborating with multicultural teams in multiple locations;
- Applying problem-solving and business analysis, including exhibiting flexibility to navigate through unanticipated situations;
- Contributing to a positive working environment by building relationships with team members from different disciplines with varying degrees of experience;
- Possessing the ability to not only work independently, but also collaboratively as a member of a high-performing team;
- Leading, coaching and developing staff;
- Demonstrating baseline or higher knowledge of one or more of the following applications: PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, UIPath, and Google App Scripting;
- Utilizing excel and google sheets, including using and applying advanced features;
- Creating and manipulating PivotTables and PivotCharts (i.e. custom formulas, calculated field/items);
- Creating and utilizing scripting and complex logical functions (i.e. IF, AND, COUNTIF, RangeImports, etc.);
- Performing data summary tasks (i.e. VLOOKUP, data parsing, array formulas, Nested IF functions);
- Creating Google Forms, Slides and Docs;
- Contributing to team goals, which include but are not limited to, meeting key performance indicators and service level agreements;
- Coordinating with other teams to confirm deadlines are adhered to; and,
- Working with leaders to leverage knowledge into actionable tasks.
