Job Requirements and Preferences : Basic Qualifications : Minimum Degree Required : High School Diploma Minimum Years of Experience : 2 year(s) of progressive roles performing IT system/software development and project management processes Preferred Qualifications : Degree Preferred : Bachelor Degree Preferred Fields of Study : Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management Information Systems Certification(s) Preferred : IIBA Preferred Knowledge/Skills : Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in software development projects including the following areas: SDLC activities expected to develop custom developed and packaged applications with exposure to: Business Process Modeling and/or Re-engineering; Business Use Case; Development / User Story Development; UML Business Rules Development; Use Case Driven Requirement Methods; Agile; UML; RUP; Enterprise Application Portfolio Strategy/Development ; Software testing methods and techniques; Test management tools: ALM or Microsoft Test Manager; TFS, SharePoint; and, Balsamic or other UI/wireframe tool. Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in the following areas: Documenting business systems-related requests or requirements so that they are unambiguous, consistent and not in contradiction with each other; Applying analytical skills to determine and document accurate business requirements and present these requirements in a manner that is concise, measurable and flexible enough to meet project and stakeholder needs; Understanding the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment and prepares specific requirements from which applications can be developed; and, Analyzing business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary are included in this role. ** While a successor pool has been identified for this role, interested parties may self nominate in order to be considered.
