- Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success with Configuration calls: review timelines and key milestones, provide consultative advice on how to set up the Expense service via the Concur Platform, provide access to the Deployment Toolkit, facilitate processing of appropriate system setup forms and address client questions;
- Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success with Workflow calls: review submission, approval and accounting processes and Processor and Payment Manager tools;
- Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success with Administrative calls: review Company Card Administrator and Concur Reporting tools, provide Reporting and Support registration assistance;
- Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success managing multiple, simultaneous implementations by continually motivating clients, ensuring project timelines are met and client issues are addressed;
- Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success with proactively providing status updates to Project Manager and Leadership including Executive Sponsors, to ensure successful and timely implementation;
- Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success with communicating client status to Manager, consistently and regularly;
- Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success with managing the activation of all Concur Add on Services that the client has contracted/follow migration process when applicable;
- Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success with detailing all implementation activities and correspondence in internal tracking tools in a timely manner;
- Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success with accurately tracking project time allocation on a daily basis and accurately encode time cards;

- Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success with being responsive on all customer inquiries and being knowledgeable in the Concur Product;
- Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success with ramp-up on new releases and product functionality to ensure successful implementation of these features for clients; and,
- Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in Concur interface and the best practice to integrate with other systems.
