Fire Alarm Security Service Technician

B Safe is looking for a Fire Alarm Security Service Technician! JOB SUMMARY: Install and service wireless/hardwired devices in homes and commercial properties. Knowledge of CCTV, Fire, Burg and Access Control systems-DMP, Silent Knight, 2Gig, Qolsys to name a few. Provide security recommendations for customers. Provide excellent customer service. Troubleshoot and test all components to ensure proper working systems. Take on-duty calls on a rotation basis. Work closely with sales team and coordinators. REQUIREMENTS: Demonstrate strong customer service communication skills. Ability to work within a team environment with a positive attitude. Must have a professional appearance, attitude, and ability to communicate with customers at all levels. Posses a valid driver's license and driving record to meet company requirements. Ability to follow all safety guidelines and completion of daily task. Posses verbal and written documentation to create inspection reports.
