Project Management Specialist

Pay Range: $40/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

NOTE: Manager is looking for a Maintenance Planner

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the planning of maintenance repair and reliability work using SAP Notifications and Work Order Processes.
• Oversees all aspects of maintenance planning including material selection, procurement, and purchases.
• Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of work orders.
• Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of work orders via schedule attainment and craftsperson backlog.
• May require a bachelor's degree and at least 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• Leads and directs the work of others.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Required Keywords: (Planner or Factory or industrial or industry or manufacturing or Dupont or “Phillip Morris”) and (maintaining or repair or maintenance) and SAP.
• Manager is looking for a "Maintenance Planner" that has worked in an Industrial Manufacturing background.
• Candidates that have worked for "Dupont" or "Phillip Morris" would be good fits.
• Candidate needs strong SAP experience.
