Pay Range: $65- $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support business department initiatives for Enrollment.
- Responsible for organizing team meetings, creating plans and schedules, managing daily team dashboard activities, and facilitating PI events (project execution and deployment).
- Utilize corporate and industry standard tools and techniques to effectively oversee programs according to department procedures.
- Maintain detailed business process documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists and risk management plans as applicable.
- Create and monitor all department deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards including reporting documents, related reference materials, and policy and procedure documentation. Communicate program status to management and key stakeholders.
- Identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks with product owner and manager.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and business objectives.
- Manage projects through the full project life cycle.
- Provide effective project status to all stakeholders.
- Negotiate with project stakeholders to identify and secure resources, resolve issues and mitigate risks.
- To perform the required duties and drive the PI events. Will be measured against ability to perform these tasks with a high level of autonomy. Sync up with product owner and manager on any gaps or process changes
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Requires 3 – 4 years of related experience.
- Minimum 3 years healthcare & Agile SAFe experience (We then interview and typically only look at people with healthcare experience in the apps we are hiring for).
- Jira; Jira Align.
- Agile SAFe.
- Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace Enrolment.
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).
Requires 3 – 4 years of related experience or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
- Microsoft Office Tools.
- Scrum Master Certification.
