Duties:
The People Operations team within the HR Platforms & Infrastructure at *** is responsible for the effective delivery and support of all employee and talent related operational activities across the HR function globally. The function is comprised of the following: contactHR, Talent Acquisition Operations, Background Screening, and Talent Management Operations. We are seeking a hardworking individual who is passionate about providing excellent client service, with a process improvement mindset, to join our Talent Acquisition Operations team as a Recruiting Coordinator. The team works alongside Talent Acquisition, comprised of Recruiters and Sourcing Partners, to provide a premier candidate experience throughout the interview and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide operational support for a team of recruiters including:
• Scheduling a high volume of interviews (working closely with candidates and the business for availability, booking conference rooms or video conference lines, sending invitations and confirmation e-mails, etc.)
• Producing contracts for the US, Canada, and Latin America, and understanding the legal requirements and variances of each
• Processing internal transfers
• Facilitating employee onboarding and other pre-hire checks
• Understanding the business process in our applicant tracking system (Workday) and keeping candidate and new joiner information in our system up to date
• Serve as the point-of-contact for the committed hires by handling the post offer, pre-hire process to ensure all vital actions are taken prior to the new joiner start date
• Assist in the creation and generation of ad-hoc reports
• Drive solutions through critical assessment and delivery in support of core HR processes and recommend continuous improvement opportunities
• Develop high-performing partnerships with partners across the firm, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management Operations, Diversity & Inclusion, Legal, Technology & Platforms, and others to effectively handle issues/escalations ensuring risk mitigation and seamless resolution
• Serve as an advocate and catalyst for the One*** mentality by reinforcing ***’s culture and principles
• Contribute to cross-functional HR projects as needed
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position, however, as a supplier your expected pay range may differ: (USD) ***/hour-(USD) ***/hour

Skills:
• Attention to Detail: demonstrable track record of operational excellence in the realm of HR
• Relationship Management: capable of rapidly building strong, effective, and trusted relationships and networks
• Highly Motivated: energized and inspires others to seek higher levels of performance
• Strong Communication Skills: possesses the ability to influence and articulate a variety of issues to different audiences, tailoring messages accordingly
• Experience with Workday is a plus
• Proficient level of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
