Immediate need for a talented Technical Support Help Desk. This is a 06 Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Houston, TX(Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $20/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems.
Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk.
Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority.
Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation.
Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking software.
Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.
Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
Education Diploma or equivalent.
