Program Assistant

Since 2006, October Road has been dedicated to providing full access to those who need our outpatient Substance Use Disorder treatment services. Through our Partial Hospitalization Program, Intensive Outpatient Program, Medication-Assisted Treatment Program, Cross Area Service Program, ACTT Services and other specialty services we have established ourselves as a recognized leader in Behavioral Healthcare treatment in North Carolina. We seek to meet our clients where they are at and develop comprehensive and robust treatment plans catered to maintain long-term recovery. Hourly Rate: $16-17/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Job Duties/Description

• Responsible for organizing, coordinating, and monitoring all non-clinical operations of ACTT
• Managing mental health medical records and authorizations (Scanning/Uploading/Discharge paperwork, etc.)
• Maintaining/monitor tracking systems and documentation coordination of mental health services
• Maintain facility/group supplies
• Client outreach/appointment scheduling
• Shares duties for phone coverage for front desk
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prefer an Associates of Bachelor’s Degree in a Human services or related field.
