Overview:

The Agency Services Lead assists the Agency Services Manager and helps oversee training and development activities for Agency Services Representatives. Monitor work for quality assurance purposes and report performance status and/or issues to the Manager. Ensure efficient and timely processing of all work assignments and adhere to company service standards and goals.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • 1 year related experience and/or training required; prior P&C insurance experience preferred.
  • Combined education, professional experience, and/or job-related skills equivalent will be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.75 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
