The Corporate Recruiter will own the full cycle talent acquisition process and will play a key role in developing and driving the strategic hiring initiatives to support PMG’s growth. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting and hiring for positions in a manufacturing environment, including positions like Engineering, Plastics Technicians, CNC Machinists/Programmers, Quality Technicians and more.
This talented individual will manage the full cycle recruiting process, including posting job descriptions, initiating screening calls, scheduling interviews and facilitating offers/employment negotiations. They will also build a candidate pipeline of “active” and “passive” talent by finding and screening candidates and tracking them in PMG’s ATS. This person is public facing; partnering with local high schools, colleges, and technical schools to gain access to emerging students. This individual will need to be able to sell the benefits of joining our team.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND:
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of Recruiting Experience
- Motivated self-starter; results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated success in working in a team
- Must possess computer skills in the Microsoft Suite and bring experience utilizing social media as a recruiting method
- Must have a valid driver’s license for local travel
