  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role in entertainment design and production.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients, staff, management, vendors, and contractors.
  • Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations for the safe storage and use of pyrotechnics and special effects is preferred
  • Strong computer and internet skills, including high proficiency using Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency with cloud-based data storage tools.
  • Excellent research and problem-solving skills.
  • Have a strong Project Management Background.

JOB DUTIES:
  • Establish and maintain production schedules, and workflows on assigned projects and deliver updates on a regular basis.
  • Oversee project bidding and award, develop project specific SOWs, vendor agreements, and procurement related tasks.
  • Function at a high level to protect the Grucci brand for quality, safety and uniqueness.
  • Motivate a diverse group of individuals working in an outdoor environment under many conditions.
  • Prepare diagrams, instructions, set-up requirements and supporting documentation for each event and distribute to appropriate staff; communicate changes before and during events.
  • Ensure lead technician on-site arrival time has been confirmed and communicated with all relevant parties.
  • Ensure that all necessary internal and external resources are procured to ensure production of successful events.
  • Communicate all required information to and between clients and all internal and external resources.
  • Maintain budget expectations as delivered by the client.
  • Ensure that all applicable personnel involved in display crews have an open and consistent communication path to ensure all details are accounted for.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the office and warehouse areas.
  • Able to spend to move about work sites for displays and site inspections.
  • Able to move up to 50 lbs occasionally, and up to 25 lbs frequently.
