Commercial Cleaning Specialist
1099 Contractor Position
7 days per week, 5 days per week, weekend positions, afternoon porter
$250-$448 per week
6am-9am daily; 1 hour afternoon porter service
Paid Weekly
Additional Services can be included for bonus pay
-Clean and disinfect high touch areas including but not limited to door handles, light switches, phones, handsets, chairs, tables, displays etc.)
-Spot clean all walls, light switches and doors
-Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
-Clean and disinfect high touch areas including but not limited to door handles, light switches, sink, toilet.
-Refill all on site dispensers, including paper towels, seat dispensers, and soap dispensers.
-Sweep and mop
-Autoscrub floors
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Salary: $12.00 to $16.00 /hour (hourly pay depends on experience)
