The Training Coordinator applies quality control experience and extensive knowledge of training processes to monitor and maintain personnel training and competency for the organization. The Training Coordinator evaluates, monitors, and systematically recommends corrective actions of procedures and processes. Professionally conducts monitoring with a high level of communication that yields quality results.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide Quality Control (QC) support to site operations
- Initiates initial training of new processes, document revisions, and products. Initiates the Read and Understood workflow of our quality documents through electronic document management system (EDMS) and Learning Management System (LMS).
- Maintains an active list of every lab personnel’s current department, shifts, as well as training logs ensuring all employees are properly and consistently trained.
- Work in conjunction with operation individuals to improve training systems.
- Maintains personnel records, licenses, and continuing educations for all employees.
- Assists and maintains competency documentation
- Evaluate all systems for gaps, recommend actions and professionally communicate to management the analysis to continually improve training.
- Demonstrate continuous self-motivated quality development.
- Provides training documentations/records as needed during audits.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
- 3 years’ relevant experience in a quality, in a site / laboratory environment.
- Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:
- Knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
- Laboratory experience in a GXP environment.
- Knowledge of GXP regulations and guidelines and basic auditing techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Effective organization, communication, and team orientation skills.
- Ability to initiate assigned tasks and to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
