As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process by operating assigned machinery to meet production requirements efficiently and safely. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain a high level of precision to ensure product quality. Your attention to detail and ability to work effectively within a team environment are essential to success in this role.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain a high level of precision to ensure product quality. Your attention to detail and ability to work effectively within a team environment are essential to success in this role.
You will be responsible for:
- Operating assigned production machinery to produce products efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and job safety requirements to ensure a safe work environment.
- Conduct final visual and functional inspections of products as required, identifying and isolating any non-conforming items.
- Complete and maintain required production reports accurately.
- Assist in maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of the work area, equipment, and plant.
- Participate in cycle/physical counts as required.
If you:
- Have High School diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED), or relevant experience and/or training.
- Trade education with 2-3 years of machine operation experience preferred.
- Have the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Are a strong team player with the ability to work effectively alone or in a team environment.
- Possess a high degree of accuracy and precision in performing work according to instructions and specifications.
