Job Summary:
The Supervisor is a leadership position at Q2 Management.
This role is an operations leader for inspection and rework activities at our customer site. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Project Specialists and Quality Control Inspectors. Together, your team will evaluate parts and assemblies to ensure production is building safe and visually perfect cars.
Responsibilities:
- Creating standardized work instructions to guide the inspection process
- Training and validating your Project Specialists
- Leading and motivating your team
- Managing data and time reporting for your team
- Interfacing with logistics and VW production to coordinate material flow
- Materials movements within SAP
- Fostering a caring and inclusive team environment
- Develop your team and identify new leadership talent
Basic Qualifications:
- An energetic and achievement-oriented attitude
- A dedication to customer service
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and foster a sense of control
- Flexible schedule to support various shifts and locations
- Applicants must have completed at least 3 months in the Project Specialist role to be considered
