Billing Specialist - Q3 Contracting

We have an immediate opening for a Billing Specialist at our Commerce City, Colorado office.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Fully responsible for accurate coding, entry and final review of weekly invoices within given deadlines
• Responsible for all miscellaneous customer billing
• Organize completed work orders per specific processes established for each customer
• Fully aware of monthly billing deadlines as established by accounting dept.
• Communicate directly with field managers to resolve issues pertaining to completed work orders
• Comprehensive understanding of various divisions within each customer for accurate distribution of invoices
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of completed invoice information in established systems.
• Entry of all daily orders in established systems.
• Responsible to complete any weekly corrections to invoices
• Perform additional duties as required

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Two years’ related experience
• Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and plan work activities to be effective and efficient
• Must be comfortable and effective working in an environment with changing demands, delays and responding to unexpected situations
• Ability to maintain and protect confidential information
• Proficient user of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook; willingness and ability to learn billing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; ability to maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with all customers (internal/external)
• Be available for occasional overtime and/or weekend duties as work volumes dictate
• Bilingual Spanish skills desired, but not required

Compensation: $21.00 to $24.00/hour- (DOE)
