Qualitest is looking for a QA Lead (Manual) in US to join our rapidly expanding teams!

This is a remote position!

Job Description:
Building manual cases for backlog functionality
Scope will include UI and some API.
Initial focus will be on V1 QA strategy
Build basic queries and ramp up on complex queries for manual case validation as needed
Review/audit the project test processes and deliverables to ensure compliance with test policy and procedures
Participate in the business requirements and functional design reviews, understand the solution and system changes
Develop the test plan and test scenarios
QA and Coordinate test scripts and manage those scripts through all test phases
Oversee all End2End testing activities across all phases and/or Complete test phase entry plans and exit reports and gather required approvals
Defect Management: Triage and manage defects
Provide Test execution status monitoring and reporting during testing cycles
Team works in 2 week sprints
Requirements

Strong manual testing capabilities(test planning, case creation, execution and reporting)
Experience with API/microservices, doesn't need to be automation related
Ability to lead a team and manage customer stakeholders on day to day interactions

Nice to have:
Exposure to SQL. Understanding how basic queries are built and will likely need to be able to ramp up on complex queries for manual case validation if needed
Exposure to basic security concepts would be very helpful
Exposure to automation for future stages of engagement
