Qualitest is looking for Test Managers in the US for a full time remote Position!

Test Manager is primarily responsible for managing, developing and delivering a Test Strategy for the Document Management System Migration Project. The role of Test Manager will be to drive successful project delivery through the creation and execution of test strategy.

Job and Responsibilities:
Serve as Test Manager, utilizing expertise to help Qualitest create a test strategy to determine timing of next steps.
Create Test Strategy for Document Management System Migration project.
Ensure test approach for functional, performance, and integration testing are developed and implemented.

Develop and deliver a Test Strategy for the NetDocuments project by defining an approach for the following elements:

Overall Test Scope and Test Phases
Functional Testing; Integration Testing (end to end); Regression Testing and Data Migration Testing
Load Injection and Performance Testing
User Experience Performance Benchmarking and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Test Phase Entry / Exit Criteria
Test Tool Planning
Requirements Traceability
Test Case Management and Execution
Defect Tracking
Test Environment Plan
Resource Planning
Test Case Standards
Key Performance Indicator Identification
Requirements
Experience as Test Manager, Experinec in Data Migration Project
Experience working in the Legal domain (worked with/supported a law firm)
Test Management experience with a proven delivery track record of change / transformation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptable with Strong leadership skills
