Job Description
Under the leadership of the Solutions Director, the Solutions Consultant is responsible for managing all the activities related to pre-sales and resource planning.
This position is Full Time,Exempt, Remote and required to travel per business needs up to 75% of the time during peak sales periods.
Responsibilities:
- Influence prospective customers with support onsite and provide remote executive overviews
- Lead onsite and remote opportunity blitzes / assessments for prospective customers.
- Provide mentorship and development for account executives.
- Create technical scoping activities.
- Rapidly generate analyses such as ROIs, cashflows, and breakeven analyses.
- Coordinate completion of RFP / RFQs
Education/Experience
- BA or BS – Relevant fields of study can include and are not limited to: Engineering, Manufacturing, Organizational Leadership/Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management.
- At least 5 years in an operations leadership role (manufacturing preferred).
Qualifications
- Strong ability to influence executives and business owners
- Ability to create relationships and gain trusted advisor status rapidly with prospective customers
- High business acumen (operations management, CAPEX planning, budgeting, P&L, etc)
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Sound judgement and excellent assessment skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to successfully manage multiple deadlines and tasks
- Knowledge and ability to learn computer-based software required to perform successfully in this position
- Ability to manage projects under tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a high paced, high growth environment

Compensation Package:
- Base pay range: $130,000 - $170,000 USD Annual (12 Months).
- Placement within our pay range will vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and market location variations as well as internal peer equity.
- This position may be eligible for additional performance incentives
