As Manager Strategic Talent Sourcing you will provide advice and leadership across the delivery of high-quality recruitment services for senior executive and critical leadership roles, both onshore and offshore. You will be a key member of the Group Talent Acquisition Leadership Team and work closely with our Group Organisational Development and Talent Team to gain an in-depth understanding of our internal talent pipeline, as well as proactively establish high calibre external talent pools aligned to both current and future strategic plans. You will manage and maintain a select panel of executive search partners, drive recommendations and plans using insights, data and a thorough understanding of the talent market, whilst being a champion of diversity and inclusion at every opportunity. What you’ll bring to the role: Professional experience in Talent Acquisition, with prior experience in executive search, sourcing strategies and techniques Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business or a related field Experience managing multiple searches and working collaboratively with stakeholders, across a complex, matrix organisation Strong communication and advisory skills and the ability to influence outcomes using expertise and talent market insights A proactive, innovative approach to delivering quality talent pipeline and outcomes Strong team player, with an interest in supporting and developing others Why Qantas?
