- Provide advice and guidance to the business by developing delivery strategy and plans to ensure appropriate coordination across multiple disciplines and timeframes and to align project delivery with business goals
- Maintain work practices that follow established project management policies by developing and communicating tools and techniques needed to implement complex programs to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Support the planning and implementation of complex initiatives by utilizing project management methodology and communicating to project team members to ensure adherence to deadlines and compliance with financial requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers by regularly communicating, clarifying inquiries and jointly resolving issues to minimize risk, meet key project milestones and ensure alignment to objectives
- Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and influencing others to reward performance and value “can do” people, accountability, diversity and inclusion, flexibility, continuous improvement, collaboration, creativity and fun
- Utilize established project management methodology including Project Life Cycle (PLC) and Solution Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Manage cross-functional project teams to deliver complex projects that are diverse in scope and broad in nature by utilizing knowledge and expertise to apply independent judgment in complex situations
Required Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Required Experience
- 3 years relevant experience

- Effectively and efficiently present logic, reasoning, and analysis to others

- Adapt and be flexible in complex, changing environment

- Experience managing short- and long-term projects
Preferred Licenses/Certifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP); Six Sigma
Preferred Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources
- Working knowledge of project management principles, techniques and best practices
- Policies, practices, trends, technology and information affecting the business and organization
- Working knowledge of business unit processes, operations and technology
