Project manage any payroll related special projects.

- Supervise end-to-end payroll administration and data entry by managing timely, accurate and efficient file processing, payments, responses to questions and all other transactional processes
- Resolve problems by assessing need for escalation of issues and influence positive change by analyzing employee inquiries and effectively communicating with internal customers; seek feedback to assure the department meets business needs
- Streamline process flow and increase productivity by assigning resources, identifying need for change and implementing solutions to continuously improve
- Lead team to work accurately and within legal compliance in a fast-paced, high volume environment by coaching, mentoring and providing feedback
- Analyze data to identify risks and ensure internal and external auditing compliance by collaborating with legal and other internal departments for guidance
- Ensure data integrity by analyzing reports to identify discrepancies, research root causes, work collaboratively to develop solutions and communicate to appropriate stakeholders
- Deliver personalized and quality service to employees by ensuring team responds to inquiries in a timely, accurate, positive, respectful and thorough manner
- Supervise daily operations of team by coordinating and communicating employee tasks, measuring performance and providing feedback to achieve high productivity and meet service level expectations
- Implement plans to facilitate integrations, mergers, acquisitions and special projects by assessing business case, conducting due diligence, evaluating system compatibility and collaborating with key stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Ensure organizational and regulatory compliance by providing guidance to team in understanding of and adherence to payroll and tax laws, assessing impact of change to the organization and employees, ensuring filing deadlines are met and maintaining an effective system of internal audits, tax balancing and controls
- Oversee general ledger integration activities and payroll/financial balancing, including completion of biweekly, monthly and annual journal entry requirements
Required Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

- 7 years relevant experience
