Billing Supervisor

Essential Functions:

• Oversee and participate in the daily billing activities related to billing services and customer invoicing
• Complete root cause analysis for advanced issues associated with the daily billing and customer invoicing activities.
• Develop, support, and mentor billing services staff.

  Perform various analysis and reports used to evaluate current processes and recommend and implement improvements to improve accuracy and efficiency of billing.

• Establish and implement billing policies and customized billing processes that drive revenue capture

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Directly manage the daily operations and advanced troubleshooting for a team of 7 – 10 individuals operating in the billing environment. This includes identifying process improvements and creating custom processes to drive efficiency.

Minimum education/experience necessary to perform the job:

• Associates Degree in Finance/Accounting or related fields

Preferred education/experience necessary to perform the job:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or related fields
