Description
Director, Dealer Experience is responsible for building success within the residential installers through training, relationship building, creating operational excellence within EnFin organization, and cross functional collaboration. This position will report to the Chief Operations & Strategy Officer. While this employment opportunity is eligible for remote work, hybrid or onsite work may be required for candidates residing within a commutable distance of any of our corporate offices in Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; and Teaneck, NJ.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and develop training efforts to ensure success for all installation partners, sales, ops and post install issues as they may arise
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive success for new and existing installation partners and processes. Lead scalable process improvement to drive operational success
- Drive revenue through ongoing partnerships with installation partners to ensure healthy sustainable growth
- Engage cross functional teams to ensure health of installation pipelines and quick resolution to installer issues
- Ability to hold partner installers accountable and coach team to be able to make decisions to drive desired results and internal KPI’s
- Ensure ongoing pipelines remain healthy and intervene where necessary to avoid escalation to installer risk
- Support and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization and develop team to be data driven in their conversations and communications with partners
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a team of solar operations SME’s to proactively manage pipeline risk in the portfolio driving EnFin/Qcells to Operational Excellence
- Provide 1:1 mentorship, constructive feedback and coaching to team to improve performance and create efficiencies and increase partner engagement
- Provide leadership on assigned projects and process improvement and efficiency
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree – business management or related field
- 10 years solar industry operations experience in PPA/leases and/or loans preferred.
- Strong written and oral communications and the ability to influence parties to desired outcome
- Ability to engage, maintain, and foster installer relationships
- Ability to work cross functionally to drive process improvement and bring projects to completion
- Demonstrated track record of successfully working on multiple projects and activities at one time; must possess ability to work effectively under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and complete assignments with little oversight.
- Excellent time management and prioritization; enjoy operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced working skill set with Salesforce, Tableau, and MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
- Solar industry sales and operations experience preferred
