Azure Cloud Architect (Azure IoT)

Position title: Azure Cloud Architect

Location: Boston, MA LOCALS or (Relocate must.) Hybrid Role 2-4 days must in office.

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Job Description:

• Work within a team of solution architects with very advanced skills and extensive experience.
• Responsible for recommending and presenting the architectural solution starting from customer use cases from a marketing angle.
• Train and advise the development teams of digital offers for the implementation of the solution.
• Utilize his expertise in etp (azure based IOT platform) solution and these architectural models to accelerate the deployment process of the offers.
• In charge of promoting ecostruxure technology platforms (etp) and its functionalities (azure based schneider specific IOT platform).
• Contribute to the development of promotional content and technical documentation. Responsible for setting up educational sessions to promote and develop knowledge of etp (azure platform).
• Collaborate closely with internal customers on the development of digital offers (digital applications) from conception to commercial launch.
• Responsible for communicating effectively with the marketing and technical teams in charge of the digital offer.
• Contribute to the translation of technical documentation to adapt it to our internal customers with a customer use case angle.
• Domestic and international travel related to meeting a customer or conducting in person training to a group or for team workshops.

Requirements:

• This position requires a bachelor s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Communication Engineering or a related field, plus 5 Years of experience as cloud solution architect or experience in the IT solution delivery industry.

Additionally, the applicant must have professional experience with:

• Building cloud-based solutions using public cloud Technologies such as Azure, AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
• Architecting and Implementing Cloud based Data solutions (Data Ingest, Data Processing, Data storage and Analytical Services);
• Architecting and Implementing cloud based IOT Solutions using Azure Cloud Technologies such as Azure IOT Hub, Azure Event Hub etc.
• Creating customer facing documentation and providing the training on cloud-based solutions to Customers with no Technology knowledge.
• Evaluating the Cloud based solutions.
• Utilizing Programming languages such as Python, Scala or any other Object-Oriented Programming language.
• Utilizing Scripting languages such as Power shell, Unix, Ansible Etc.
• Architecting and implementing the CI/CD Solutions using Azure Devops; and
• Utilizing Agile Engineering Practices.
