The Falcons Group is actively seeking and Marketing Director located in Atlanta , GA. This induvial will preform the listed job duties and more.
- Serves as the marketing expert and leader in assigned markets including understanding demographics, competition, industry activity, consumer needs, and local brand positioning & market conditions
- Develop and execute regional/local store marketing plans to support the brand marketing goals, guest experience, third-party delivery, mobile app ordering, and new restaurant openings in efforts to drive sales and increase brand awareness
- Provides day-to-day marketing support for markets and company operations leaders
- Coordinate and manage the execution of on-site POP materials and hardware for all stores for event promotions during the year and various rollouts
- Manage local and co-op sponsorships -includes but is not limited to radio broadcast advertising, tabling, tv appearances, digital campaigns, and community partnerships
- Collaborates with media team to develop a budget and strike the right balance of media and local marketing tactics in each market with plans that drive sales and support Co-op activities (broadcast, digital, OOH, FSI’s, and local marketing incentives)
- Serves as the key marketing contact for the field ensuring timely, proactive, and seamless communication to Co-ops.
- Coordinate and manage food donations for charities and schools
- Coordinate and execute customizing creative for LRM and employee engagement requests
- Manage and coordinate delivery partner relationships with stores
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring the elevation of the brand within the community and also future brand partnerships
- Assist with NRO’s and remodels regarding marketing and media publicity
- Assist launch of new platforms, products, and menu items
