Our Managers are responsible for enthusiastically leading and motivating the team to achieve the highest levels of customer service. In the absence of the Restaurant General Manager, the Management staff is responsible for managing the daily operations of the store.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year recent Supervisory/Leadership experience in a restaurant.
Strong communication, organizational and computer skills required.
Growth and career-oriented outlook.
Hands-on management style is essential.
Must enjoy building relationships and developing people.
Passion for great food & service.
Must be willing to travel for training.
Education: high school or equivalent.
Driver’s License, dependable transportation.
