General Manager - Modern Market Eatery

What you’ll do:

Do you have passion for restaurant leadership? Ensuring that your restaurant is delivering on team member and guest experience, quality assurance and financial goals? If so, this is the job for you! We are Modern Market – a farm fresh eatery that serves awesome food in a fast paced, open kitchen setting. We love food and we love providing an excellent guest experience to each person that walks through our door. We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Managers (Restaurant Head Coach!) to join our team. Our Restaurant Head Coaches are passionate leaders, on-their feet thinkers and inspirational motivators, sound like you? 

Ownership and full responsibility for- - -

• Planning and Organization of restaurant including; operations, P&L management and people
• Team Member Development – staffing, developing and coaching
• Creating an environment of hospitality through meaningful interactions with guests, empower your team members to create meaningful interactions
• Problem Solving – conflict resolution with team members and customers
• Delivering Results – in line with Modern Market standards and goals

What you’ll have:

• Minimum 2-3 years of restaurant general manager experience
• P&L management experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Food handlers and alcohol service training preferred
• Managed and developed 25 team members
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while also maintaining high operational standards
