QEI Security & Technology is seeking a qualified security/home automation technician to join our team in the Charleston, S.C. area. This position comes with guaranteed full-time hours, competitive pay with possible performance bonuses and career growth and management opportunities.

The position will be a mix of installation and service calls where the successful candidate uses his/her expertise to solve the customer’s problem and ensure satisfaction. On installation calls, we’re looking for someone who can assist with system configuration as well as efficiently and accurately installing a system. Service calls require troubleshooting with the ability to repair or replace faulty equipment.

Security/Home Automation Technician Required Experience:

  • 1-3 Years Experience Knowledge of 2GIG, Honeywell/Ademco and DSC Systems
  • Must have personal tools for the trade
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, 3-year clear driving record and pass a criminal background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
