Position Overview
We are recruiting for a Business Process Improvement Consultant who will manage projects to include providing recommendations and execution for the following areas: Designing and streamlining business processes, prioritizing actions, stakeholder engagement, holding workshops focused on strategy activation.
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing assessments of project and program management frameworks, governance bodies, and their overall effectiveness in meeting program’s strategic objectives to enhance and drive efficiencies in the governance structure.
- Provide recommendations to leadership on potential strategic implementation options, leveraging industry leading practices to establish a leaner enterprise agile approach.
- Support coordination among disparate projects and government teams to drive quality outcomes and facilitate technical progress toward the strategic objectives of the organization.
- Attend meetings to ensure continuity on complex and sometimes disparate activities.
- Lead a team of highly skilled individuals to ensure they are meeting and exceeding Sponsor’ goals and ambitions.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required #qinetiqclearedjob
- Bachelor’s degree related to business, technology, or related field
- Minimum 8 Years of Business Process and/or Business Program and Project Management experience to include technology assessments, implementation planning, and strategic communications
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing a team of 3 or more
- Several years of experience working with the Intelligence Community
- Experience with working with senior government Ability to assess emerging technologies and how they could potentially impact the client space.
- Experience with AGILE methodologies to work with project team Scrum Masters to track strategy implementation progress and provide office leadership with potential options that leverage industry leading practices for establishing more lean agile approaches.
- Experience working cross-functionally with other groups across the client’s organization
- Experience with design and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for communication of strategic business process to organization and to external offices
- Capable of planning, directing and implementing initiatives.
