Role Snapshot:
Working in any position in a healthcare setting has its challenges. This is where the Life Path Assistant on our East Campus gets to shine! You will be in the unique position to bring joy and purpose to our residents with everyday activities built around what each individual wants-not just a large group of everyone being forced to attend the same event. Your day will include opportunities to help get residents ready for the day so they can fully-participate in the quality of life they deserve. The joy of being at QLI will offer you experience in a healthcare setting while you branch out into relationship-building with our residents and team members.

Education and Certifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old (required)
- High school diploma or G.E.D. (preferred)
- Certified to work in Nebraska as a nursing assistant. (required) We offer PAID training for the right candidate if you do not have your certification yet.
- Must have and maintain a valid drivers license
Flu Considerations: Must commit to receiving annual flu vaccination
