Business Analyst, GTM
As a cross functional business analyst in the SaaS GTM team, you will uncover revenue opportunities in data generated across all business functions and propose SaaS GTM initiatives that will increase SaaS revenue, business performance visibility, or both. You will collaborate closely with all GTM teams in uncovering cross-functional opportunities with the end goal of driving ARR for the SaaS business. Additionally, you will define and track SaaS unit economics metrics for the business and drive greater visibility across business initiatives vs outcomes.
How you will spend your time
● Working with data teams and performing outcome driven business analysis
● Working with project managers and functional leads to understand the functional data collection nuances to generate insights
● Work with functional technical and business stakeholders to understand how and what data is collected and uncover business insights from patterns in product and service usage, sales and financial data, channel performance data, customer demographics, business processes related data etc.
● Collaborating and participating in cross-functional SaaS GTM programs
● Helping to drive breakthrough innovation across all SaaS GTM functions
● Collaborating throughout Qlik to deliver insights that can be transformed into commercially successful projects and propositions that advance the strategy of our company and increase the value of the enterprise
You will be successful if you have
● An MBA and a Degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Sciences
● Experience managing complex software portfolios and developing and delivering on measurable goals for both on premise and SaaS based solutions
● Experience tracking business metrics for a SaaS company
● Knowledge of and experience with Qlik or other business visualisation tools
● Past Project or Program Management experience designing and driving complex cross-functional programs is a plus
● Experience working with geographically distributed teams
● Demonstrated success working with executives
● Business acumen and understanding of early-stage corporate enterprise value creation
● A big-picture perspective with a passion for success and willingness to dive into the details necessary to achieve it
● Channel technology and/or related industry experience
● Related technology background
● Strong knowledge of marketing/media reporting and associated KPIs, data sources, and data processing requirements
● Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements in support of product development
● Experience working alongside product, R&D, operations and other teams including working directly with teams comprised of a variety of skills
