Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to enhance the efficiency of internal and external project execution. The TPM will play a pivotal role in project planning, management, and coordination, ensuring that initiatives are completed to specification within established time frames. This position involves orchestrating clear and effective communication to convey technical concepts, processes, and engineering project information, spanning our API models and SaaS tool.

Responsibilities:

Meet regularly with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and timelines.

Lead resource allocation throughout all project phases

Analyze and ensure the delivery of management and technical processes as expected.

Generate regular reports for stakeholder updates and effective project management.

Establish and train teams on processes, strategies, and clear roles and responsibilities.

Oversee day-to-day technical operations, including assignments, personnel review, and maintenance.

Research and evaluate new hardware and software technology for cost-benefit analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in project management, computer science, or a related field.

3-7 years of professional experience in technical project management roles, preferably in a technology-centric environment.

KPM or Scrum certification preferred. PMP Project Management certification is a plus.

Organizational skills and time management skills to keep projects on track to the finish

Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Strong attention to detail, decision-making skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional project teams.

Familiarity with project management tools and version control systems.
