QUALIFICATIONS: - General knowledge of Human Resource/Payroll Functions
****PAYCOM PAYROLL EXPERIENCE A PLUS - OTHER PAYROLL EXPERIENCE***

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience acceptable
- 2 years of successful experience performing generalist job duties (recruiting, payroll, benefits, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Federal & State employment laws
- Demonstrated recruitment success
- Ability to act as a consultant to corporate officers/department managers on policy, procedures, performance, organizational development
- Payroll experience preferred
- Must be able to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with all levels of the organization
- Ability to lead, facilitate and participate on cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR/Payroll database applications
- Ability to learn and adapt to a changing environment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Including, but not limited to leading the Human Resource functions for the company:
- Performs benefits administration to include billing reconciliation, open enrollment, benefit tracking, etc.
- Conducts recruitment efforts for exempt and nonexempt personnel and temporary employees
- Processes Payroll on a bi-weekly basis
- Organizes, plans and participates in company events
- Maintains compliance of all State and Federal mandated regulations
- Participates in ISO/Safety initiatives
- Establishes and maintains department records and reports
- In conjunction with the HR Manager, evaluates reports, decisions, and results of the department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
- Communicates appropriately and effectively with staff, managers and executives
- Effectively communicate and provides HR guidance to employees, managers and executives
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 per year
