Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors and employees. Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain all areas of the facility, including floors, walls, windows, and restrooms.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks to ensure the facility remains clean and organized.
- Use industrial cleaning equipment and supplies to effectively clean and disinfect all surfaces.
- Maintain the cleanliness of all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and break rooms.
- Perform porter duties, including moving furniture and delivering supplies.
- Clean and maintain all floors, including buffing and polishing hard floors.
- Clean and maintain all residential and commercial spaces, including painting and touch-ups as needed.
- Perform custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Clean and maintain all equipment and machinery.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained.

Experience:

- Previous experience in facilities maintenance, cleaning, or porter services is preferred.
- Must have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be physically able to lift and move heavy objects and equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of cleaning and maintenance techniques and equipment is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
