Wage : $18.04 / HR
Shift : 2nd Shift
Hours : 3 : 00 PM - 1 : 30 AM Monday - Thursday

Crater Responsibilities :
- Build and assemble crates based on product specifications, ensuring durability and protection during transit.
- Accurately measure and cut wood or other materials required for crating, using various hand and power tools.
- Safely and efficiently handle products, ensuring they are securely packed and protected within crates.
- Inspect finished crates and packed products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Track and manage materials and supplies needed for crating, reporting any shortages or issues to the supervisor.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to the crating and shipping process.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on crating equipment and tools.
- Work effectively with other team members to coordinate the crating and shipping process and meet production goals.
Requirements for Crater :
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a crating or packaging role is desirable but not required.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and interpret visual diagrams or packing instructions.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
