Position Title : Packaging
Wage : $17.00 per hour
Shift : 3rd
Hours : 10 : 30pm-7 : 00am
QPS Employment Group has a great Packaging position available at a company in Lincoln, NE. This is a 3rd shift position with the opportunity for hire.
Packaging Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Assembles boxes for packaging.
- Packages finished product in to boxes and palletizes them.
- Repackages products that did not meet requirements.
- Maintains clean work area.
- Sanitizes work area throughout the day.
- Follows food safety guidelines and quality.
Packaging Requirements :
- Must be able to lift / carry and push / pull up to 55lbs repetitively throughout 12-hour shift.
- Must be able to work alone and in a team environment.
- Must be able to bend and move repetitively throughout 12-hour shift.
- Must be able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours.
- Must be able to bend twist and reach repetitively throughout 12-hour shift.
- Must have High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have three to six months of packaging experience.
- Must possess mechanical aptitude.
- Must be punctual and have good attendance.
