Position Title : Production Associate

Wage : $16-$16.55 / hour

Shift : Various

Hours : A 6am-6pm Monday-Thursday, B 5 : 30pm-5 : 30am Tuesday-Friday, C 6am-6pm Friday / Saturday 6am Sunday-Monday 5 : 30pm, 1st 6am-6pm Monday-Thursday, 2nd 5 : 30pm-5 : 30am Tuesday-Friday, 3rd 6am-6pm Friday / Saturday 6am Sunday / Monday 5 : 30pm

Production Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Follow instruction sheet to properly assemble upfits into vehicles
• Identify and correct defects in product or workmanship
• Use hand tools to assemble and attach pieces
• Observe machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunction
• Ensure implementation of quality and safety procedures
• Work with other associates to set up machine, and stack, mark, pack, and transport finished parts
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area

Production Associate Requirements :

• Experience in automotive or electrical assembly a plus
• Regularly lift up to 35lbs
• Stand for entire shift
• Reach and grab with hands and arms
• Stoop, bend, and kneel as needed
• Ability to read a tape measure to an 16th of an inch
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and bar graphs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good eye and hand coordination
