Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court and handle all aspects of litigation
- Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to clients
- Draft legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and motions
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
- Attend meetings, depositions, and hearings as required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files

Experience:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Proven experience in litigation and negotiation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously

Qr Joy Inc is seeking a corporate attorney for an exciting in-house opportunity with one of its global company clients in Miami. This is a great opportunity for a junior corporate associate attorney or in-house counsel to join a well-established company. Applicants must have experience structuring, drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide variety of corporate and commercial agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, procurement agreements, and joint venture agreements. Experience handling commercial and real estate transactions, corporate governance and litigation matters is a plus. This is an on-site position in Hallandale Beach Florida

Responsibilities of the Junior Corporate Counsel (In-House):Draft, evaluate, and negotiate a wide variety of corporate and commercial contracts

• Assist with commercial and real estate transactions
• Assist with corporate governance matters, ethics and compliance, and litigation
• Support labor and employment issues
• Anticipate and identify legal risks, and develop strategies, policies, and processes to ensure company and legal compliance

Requirements for the Junior Corporate Counsel (In-House):1 years of general corporate and commercial contracts experience

• Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school
• Outstanding references
• Licensed in Florida or able to become Authorized House Counsel in the State of Florida
