Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous inspections and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Duties:
- Conduct thorough quality inspections on incoming materials, work-in-progress, and finished products
- Utilize precision tools such as micrometers to measure product dimensions
- Perform quality audits to identify deviations from quality standards
- Analyze data and generate reports on quality metrics
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company quality policies
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality inspection, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with HACCP, CGMP, QA/QC principles, and quality management systems
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
