What are the responsibilities and job description for the Music position at QSAC?
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completed required QSAC training.
- Develop music and art enrichment activities at QSAC Day Habilitation Centers
- Travel to all 11 Day Habilitation Centers
- Provide music programs to individuals and art instruction
- Train QSAC school staff to provide ongoing music & art enrichment activities to the individuals at the program
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality, attendance, and flexibility, while working cooperatively with program management and other employees.
- Maintain records and documentation.
- Develop and maintain a daily schedule, which includes sites, individuals / classrooms and other activities / duties.
Salary - $47,000-$55,000
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Certification in music education preferred, but not required
- Clearance through state mandated Background / Fingerprint Check(s).
- Experience working with people with autism preferred.
- Ability to run and lift 20 lbs.
