Job Description
- Lead business requirements discussions with business to provide solution in S/4 HANA for the Finance and Controlling area.
- Should be strong in S4 Hana and Greenfield Implementation is must have
- Provide strong technical understanding with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full platform and how it may be configured to meet a customer’s business needs.
- Understand the SAP roadmap for S/4 HANA and provide consulting and advisory to customer business and IT team for their S/4 HANA adoption.
- Have expertise in business process mapping, hands on system configuration expertise of SAP S/4 HANA
- Guide clients through best-practice project scoping and delivery to ensure overall project success in technical migration / implementing the SAP S/4 HANA.
- The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to provide technical direction for complex SAP S/4 HANA issues and be able to collaborate with the business and developers and execute on agreed timelines.
Skills Required
- 15 years' experience in SAP Finance transformation programs.
- Expert in finance process definition, general SAP FICO configuration and interface with non- SAP systems
- At least 4 end to end S4 HANA in either Greenfield or Brownfield Implementation projects experience.
- Experience in managing offshore teams.
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- With Finance/Accounting education background should have expert level familiarity with accounting concepts
- Should have experience in developing RFP responses, project estimation, staffing and other pre-sales related activities.
- Ability to follow SAP methodology including conducting gap analysis between business requirements and SAP solutions, analyzing, and preparing data migration plans, developing & executing rigorous data and process testing plans.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required.
