Job Title: Tableau Administrator
Location: West Des Moines, IA
Duration: Full Time

Skills Required:

• 8 years of experience as Tableau Administrator in Windows and Linus platforms
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Tableau administration with a strong understanding of Tableau architecture
• Experience as Tableau administrator, developing in, configuring, and administering Tableau Server.
• Very good experience in DevOps tools - Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes etc
• Hands-on experience with automation of deployment process using tableau python API and shell scripting.
• Experience in Performance tuning / Server management of tableau server environment (clustering, Load balancing)
• Strong Knowledge in BI tools including ETL, Data Warehousing, other BI tools.
• Strong development skills in Tableau and data analytics and visualizations
• Experience in driving out requirements and building documentation process.
• Solid RDMS experience and data modeling and advanced querying skills.
• Experience working with a data warehouse and/or analytics team.
• Experience working with Annuities data is preferred.
• Proficient in Project Management and SDLC processes
• Awareness of agile/iterative approaches
• Strong understanding of SDLC process is needed.
• Strong ability to extract information by questioning, active listening, and interviewing.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, & interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent writing skills, with the ability to create clear requirements, specifications, and documentation.
• Strong ability to communicate embed information, business process and system wide changes to a technical and nontechnical
• audience.
• Ability to work on own initiative within agreed boundaries.
• Flexible and adaptable
• Strong sense of teamwork and ability to both lead and execute work.
• Experience with Agile project is preferred.
• Experience using JIRA / Confluence is needed
• Hands on experience in data encryption at Rest, tableau external repository, version upgrade
• Ansible for CM automation
• Hands on AWS cloud knowledge on compute, Storage, Data Security, SAML federation, LDAP protocols
