Virtual Call Center Representative - Business Consultant

Salary Range
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Job Summary

Objective:
To market and enroll prospects in our Business Consulting, Business Plan Writing, and Grant Writing Services

Summary:
Provides Business Consulting, Business Development, closes sales, and resolves issues by offering solutions, explanations, and options. Sells additional QT products and services. Gets our clients to the finish line in 6 weeks and create 100% raving fans. This position is a Full-Time Statutory Employee or 1099 position that will require 25 to 32 hours per week. This is a hybrid remote and in-office position. Hours will typically be between 9 am and 6 pm, however, evening, weekend, and in-person events or
appointments may be required and therefore schedule flexibility is required.


Job Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Some previous work-related experience
A minimum of 6 years recent sales experience with an emphasis on telephone selling as well as documented top producer status; preferably in an inside sales environment utilizing both inbound and outbound calling techniques. Must have a Life & Health Producer License or ability to take the exam within 30 days of hire
A demonstrated ability to effectively work as a team with other members of the Coaching Sales team and various departments within the company to achieve individual, departmental, and company goals.
You will need acceptable modern computer skills and be expected to follow all company policies and procedures.
You will need the ability to build rapport and be able to correspond with people from all over the world.
This position calls for the ability to effectively communicate with all types of people.
The ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, and diagram form.
The ability to work from your home.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential role of a Business Consultant sales representative is to call out to clients within the database to perform a coaching strategy session. Your role will be to consistently meet and exceed agreed-upon monthly enrollment goals along with a monthly expectation of agreed-upon sales, upsells, down-sells, or cross-sells

This position is a virtual sales position; you will work from a home office and have the freedom to implement the agreed sales objectives.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and statistics within the CRM

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualified leads and sell our Writing Services as well as other QT products and
services.

This is a “dial out” sales role in addition to requiring that you handle inbound sales calls and convert those calls into sales or down sells or cross-sells Build and maintain customer relationships.

Some travel may be required to sell our services at events.
Other duties or special projects to be assigned by Manager.

Proficiencies

Financial Knowledge: The CEO’s CSS will have high attention to detail and accuracy, using their existing experience dealing with financial information, their experience supporting Executives, and their ground-level understanding of accounting terminology to provide informed administrative support.

Quality Communication: The CSS must be an excellent communicator, in both written and oral form. This includes proficiency in spelling, grammar, and punctuation. This also includes being able to take a large amount of information and summarize it quickly both in writing and orally on a regular basis. You must also be able to track communication (and be very responsive) across multiple channels without losing any details. Those channels could include in-person meetings, virtual video calls, Slack messages, text messages and/or emails.

High Level of Discretion: Since our CSS will regularly work with confidential information, discretion and sensitivity regarding financial information is a must.

Team Player: In addition to working directly with the CEO, the CSS will also work with members of the Team and several others from other departments. They’ll need to be able to collaborate and communicate well with these team members, maintaining a can-do spirit and not complaining, making excuses, or gossiping.

Affinity for Technology: Our executive assistant will be a technologically savvy Mac and/or PC user and will not be intimidated by learning new technology. Proficiency in the following tech platforms is ideal: Expensify, Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, Asana, Microsoft Office Suite, RingCentral, Infusionsoft
