What part would you play in this role?
As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for performing routine and basic front and back-office duties. These duties will include answering phones, data entry, assisting in the examination process of patients under the direction of a physician, interviewing patients, measuring vital signs and recording information on patients’ charts, drawing and collecting blood samples and/or urine samples from patients, preparing specimens for laboratory analysis, and conducting a variety of diagnostic tests.
In this rewarding role, you will:
Hourly Rate is based on years of experience and education. Offers also come with a 6% quarterly bonus potential and an annual merit increase. Employee benefits are also available upon first day of hire.

- Perform routine and basic front and back-office duties, to include phones, data entry
- Assist in the examination process of patients under the direction of a physician.
- Interview patients
- Measures vital signs
- Record information on patients' charts
- Draw and collect blood samples and/or urine samples from patients
- Prepare specimens for laboratory analysis
- Conduct a variety of diagnostic tests.
- Medical Assisting and/or graduation from an accredited vocational Medical Assistant program, and/or military equivalent
- National Medical Assistant Certification to include registration in the state of Washington
- 1-3 years of medical assistant experience.
- Technology driven medical data entry system experience or related computer data entry.
- CPR/ BLS certification required.
- The ability to organize plan and coordinate multiple tasks with a high sense of urgency and follow-through.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to maintain conditions that ensure a healthy and safe working environment.
- The ability to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation.
- A medical clearance that consists of passing an N95 respirator fit test, pass a Tuberculosis/TB test and receive a Hepatitis A/B vaccine series or pass a Hepatitis A/B Titer test.
- Experience in multiple medical specialties.

- MA Level I (0-1 yrs of exp. plus MA diploma and HS Diploma/GED) = $17.20 - $18 per hour
- MA Level II (1-3 yrs of exp. plus MA diploma and HS Diploma/GED) = $18.75 - $19.75 per hour
- MA Level III (3-5 yrs of exp. plus MA diploma and HS Diploma/GED) = $20 - $21 per hour
- MA Level IV (5 yrs of exp. plus MA certification and HS Diploma/GED) = $22.50 - $23.75 per hour
