This role requires a keen eye for detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES, Other Duties May Be Assigned.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design effective solutions within CX Alloy.
- Extract and import data from various sources into CX Alloy, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to present data in a clear and understandable manner.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security by implementing proper access controls and data validation procedures.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure business performance against defined goals.
- Design, create, and maintain CX Alloy databases that align with business requirements and processes.
- Monitor and optimize database performance, identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime and improve system efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to database architecture, processes, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide training and support to end-users on CX Alloy functionalities, best practices, and data management techniques.
- Stay informed about the latest Smartsheet features, and updates to propose innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field or equivalent professional experience
- Three or more years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on data analysis and visualization.
- Proficiency using Excel, Smartsheet, or similar data analysis/reporting tool to manage and analyze data.
- Two or more years of experience working with CX Alloy
- Prior experience working business intelligence tools, specifically PowerBI
- Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
- Relevant certifications in data analysis, business intelligence, or Smartsheet

- Agility – Able to problem solve to resolve end users challenges and/or project requirements.
- Development – Self-learner and starter, eager to learn new application features and functionalities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
