What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Administrative Assistant position at Quad City Bank & Trust?
We are currently looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant for Quad Cities Bank and Trust CEO. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to CEO, and bank President as-needed and directed, at QCBT Bank, including general office duties, preparing and composing correspondence, coordinating various Board/Staff/Committee meetings, preparation of recurring reports, and working with outside vendors.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent experience required, prior experience as an Executive Assistant preferred. Must have excellent knowledge and use of professional grammar, spelling and punctuation, and the ability to establish, maintain and prepare reports, documents, and familiar with Microsoft Suites, etc. Ability to manage a variety of time sensitive tasks and work independently. Must be able to maintain the utmost confidentiality, and have a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to determine and execute the appropriate means, frequency and timing of communications with a variety of internal and external contacts. Must be willing to work flexible hours (both early and late) as needs dictate, and the ability to apply independent judgment to complete tasks.
