At Quad, entry-level wages for full-time start between $16 - $18/hr. You have immediate opportunities to advance – driving you to be better than yesterday. Through our Accelerated Training program, we will teach you a skilled trade and give you the opportunity to earn up to $21.00 in your first 2 years. In addition, we value and reward manufacturing experience by providing a competitive wage. Individuals with print experience can have a starting wage up to $27/hr. As your career progresses, there are multiple upward paths available, as we are continuously looking for our next group of leaders to excel within the organization.
The Pewaukee plant is the birthplace of Quad. Harry V. Quadracci founded the company at the Pewaukee location, a vacant factory, in 1971 with one press and one saddle stitcher. In 2008 the plant was repurposed as a direct mail facility and became the headquarters for our direct marketing operations. Our employees have access to an onsite fitness centerthat is open 24/7. How to attend
From Interstate 94 East or west in Waukesha County, take Exit 295 County F and drive north about 1.5 miles. Turn right onto Duplainville Road. For the Midwest Commingling Center, watch for the Quad/Graphics sign on the left (west) side of the road. For the printing plant, travel north over the railroad tracks and through an intersection; the plant will be on the right side. The main entrance and customer parking is located near the flagpoles.

At Quad, General Laborer wages for full-time start between $17.50 - $19.50/hr. You have immediate opportunities to advance – driving you to be better than yesterday. Through our Accelerated Training program, we will teach you a skilled trade and give you the opportunity to earn up to $23.00 in your first 2 years. In addition, we value and reward manufacturing experience by providing a competitive wage. Individuals with print experience can have a starting wage up to $33/hr, mechanics up to $33/hr, and electricians can earn up to $38/hr. As your career progresses, there are multiple upward paths available, as we are continuously looking for our next group of leaders to excel within the organization.
