As the Head of Design, you will oversee the design and product development processes across all platforms. You will hire, lead, and mentor a team of multi-disciplinary designers, ensuring our brand identity is consistently upheld and evolved. Your business-driven, customer-focused approach will transform company culture and build high-performing teams. You will leverage design as a strategic tool for business growth and deliver impactful user experiences.

• Leadership and Team Building:
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers across various disciplines.
• Build and scale the design team, ensuring high performance and creativity.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

• Strategic Vision and Execution:
• Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity.
• Align design strategies with business objectives and user needs.
• Drive the design vision, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Integrate design deeply into product development processes.

• Design and User Experience:
• Ensure a holistic approach to design across the company.
• Advocate for the user, ensuring exceptional user experiences.
• Utilize AB tests, user research, CJMs, design sprints, CSAT, and NPS to inform design decisions.
• Maintain adaptive design strategies to meet evolving market and user expectations.

• Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to align brand and product look and feel.
• Communicate design principles and processes effectively across the organization.
• Engage with stakeholders to integrate feedback and ensure design alignment with business goals.

• Transforming company culture into a customer-focused business.
• Embedding design and research into product culture and processes.
• Launching and refining products and services with a coherent design approach.
• Developing a design system and principles that align with the company’s goals.
• Maintaining brand identity through changing market conditions and user expectations.
• Making design a tangible part of business development through metrics and research.
• Building one of the best design teams, from a small group to a robust department.

• Min.5 years of experience as a design leader in a tech or fintech environment.
• Strong background in leading multi-disciplinary design teams.
• Demonstrated success in transforming company culture and integrating design into business processes.
• Hands-on experience in brand development and maintaining brand consistency.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Russian at a minimum of B2 level
